No refund requests made by email will be honored.
3) Upon making the refund request, you must have your Order Number and the exact Date Of Purchase,

4) In order to receive a refund for the product, you must have a Return Authorization Number (RAN),
which you will receive when making your refund request to Rich Farina.

The returned product must be in good condition and contain all of its components: All DVDs in the
original case or binder. Preferably, it should be returned in its original packing box. The term “good
condition” refers to the condition of the DVDs. If any of the DVDs that are returned are marred,
damaged, or contain scratches, no refund will be provided under any circumstances.
6) Refund amounts are issued to the original credit card or PayPal account for the purchase price of the
product minus your shipping/handling fees. Refunds will be submitted to your respective account within
5 business days from our receipt of the product in our Customer Service Department.
Also, if for any reason your DVD discs do not play correctly for you within 30 days of your purchase, they will be replaced free of charge. Simply contact Rich Farina directly at 215-208-9828 for a prior Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return the DVD discs that are defective - we will send you a replacement set once we receive the original DVD discs. No returns are accepted without prior return authorization. No replacement DVD discs will be sent without us first receiving the original discs.
